In the USA, ADM is already recognized as a leader in the production of cleaner-burning fuel-grade ethanol, made from sugars. In Europe, ADM in Germany is at the forefront of biodiesel production from vegetable oil. And many of ADM’s other products, also derived from cereals and oilseeds, have proven ideal for non-food applications such as household detergents, chemical intermediates, paper, personal care products, plastics and paints.

maize-based ethanol production.
