Coarse Ground Meats
Through freezing, cooking, and the many challenges coarse ground meats face in the market, ADM’s ingredients help your products perform. Our selection features Jeltec modified wheat starches to help with moisture retention, NovaXan™ xanthan gum for excellent cling in breading batters, Arlac lactates to extend shelf life and enhance flavor, and lecithins to enhance belt release. Emulsified Meats
