Emulsifiers, Texturants, and Stabilizers
ADM emulsifiers, gums and thickeners—including soy lecithin, starches and NovaXan™ xanthan gum – are food industry staples to maintain texture, moisture, freshness and keep ingredients from separating.
Flours
ADM offers hundreds of custom milled flours for the baking, pizza, tortilla and snack foods industries, including white and whole wheat flours, corn and corn grits, and corn masa flours.
Nutrition Ingredients
Every day, ADM is working to identify scientifically proven ingredients derived from natural sources to promote health and well-being. From vegetable oil comes natural-source vitamin E for beverages; lecithin, a good source of phospholipid choline; and phytosterols, proven to reduce cholesterol. Protein Products
In meat enhancers, nutrition bars and supplements, vegetarian foods and more, ADM can show you over 40 ways to add soy or wheat protein to your product. Our proteins can improve the texture and flavor in processed meats, or provide the 6.25 grams of soy protein required by the FDA for a heart-health advertising claim. Sweeteners
ADM led in the development and application of corn sweeteners used in soft drinks. Our full line now includes CornSweet® 42 and CornSweet® 55 sweeteners, maltodextrin, dextrose and crystalline fructose, among others.
